Access / Inclusion

Accessibility.

Lavigne wants this website and its contact process to work for people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, reduced-motion settings, and other assistive technologies.

Our working standard

Lavigne uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the practical target for this site. Accessibility is reviewed as the site changes; this statement is not a claim that every possible use, device, or assistive-technology combination will be free of barriers.

Measures currently in place

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, links, forms, and visible focus indicators.
  • A skip link for bypassing repeated navigation.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative graphics.
  • Responsive reflow, scalable text, and minimum color-contrast checks.
  • Reduced or disabled motion when a device requests reduced motion.

Need another way to access something?

If any part of the site is difficult to use, please describe the page, task, assistive technology, or format involved. Lavigne will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service in another accessible way and to correct barriers under its control.

Email andrew@lavigne.cloud or use the contact page. Please include “Accessibility” in the subject when emailing if that is convenient.

Ongoing review

Automated checks help identify common issues, but they do not replace keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and human usability testing. Feedback from people using assistive technology is welcomed and will be treated as part of the site’s continuing improvement.
